Thomas has 30 years retail experience within purchasing, merchandising, visual merchandising, expansion, construction and most of all operations.
He spent his first 12 years focusing on the German market, and for the last 18 years his main focus has shifted to Nordic countries, as well as Baltic countries within retail.
Thomas has spent the last 18 years working at some of Europe’s biggest players within the retail fashion industry such as Hugo Boss, Bestseller, New Yorker and now Deichmann, where a strong company structure has been modified to fit local markets and secure the largest possible success.
