Global Marketing Director - Carlsberg Group
Nikola has been in the retail industry since 2002, and has 19+ years of experience within the consumer goods industry. Before joining Carlsberg, Nikola previously had a management position at British Tobacco Group, and the French retail giant CORA (Louis Delhaize Group). As Marketing & Innovation Director at Carlsberg, Nikola is responsible for driving the premiumisation agenda, drawing on consumer insights, commercial activity and both supply chain and production feasibility to successfully develop and implement new, cross-functional value propositions.
At Retail Insights, Nikola will use his experience from Carlsberg Group, where he has been responsible for expanding brands such as 1664 Blanc, Grimbergen as well as the alcohol free brand portfolio to global markets, to provide the audience with insights on how to do this as effectively as possible.
