Morten and his wife founded Luksusbaby in 2016, with a successful establishment in the Danish market. As other entrepreneurs, Morten and his wife found themselves in a situation where they felt the market didn’t live up to their expectations. They decided to cover this need in the market, by an amplified customer service, where the contact between customer and employees is a key element. 

Throughout the journey Morten has had with Luksusbaby, he has gained key insights in customer expectations and what it means to create a personal relationship with your customer group. Here, Morten has reassessed how technology should be a component to create a customer experience, where he values human interaction beyond technology.
