Biography
Michael has been in the retail industry since 2001, and has 20+ years of experience within the retail field, having previously worked at several Danish retailers. With such a track record within the retail industry, it’s safe to say that Michael Olesen is truly an expert within the field.
At JYSK, Michael has gathered tools within a wide spectrum of the retail business’ areas, including the improvement of their customer service. Here, Michael specifically has been a part of implementing new software systems, where he has gathered competencies that makes him suitable to create an enhanced store experience. At Retail Insights, Michael will use his knowledge to provide insights on how to utilize technology to improve the store experience.
