Kim Hein er Lab Director for RetailTech Lab. Hos RetailTech Lab hjælper Kim Hein nye tech startups med at få succes indenfor detail industrien. Han er altså med til at ligge grundlaget for fremtidens detail branche. Tidligere har Kim Hein fået stor erfaring indenfor lige netop detail via hans stillinger som COO i Imerco, Retail Manager i Zebra A/S og Vice President, Director of Retail i YouSee.
